The technical challenges are wild. We're teaching AI to understand insurance and make decisions with the same intuition as someone who's been underwriting for 20 years. But besides the technology, our model is geared toward helping specialty insurers become truly AI enabled. This means we work alongside companies, and build with people who deeply understand insurance workflows and want to change them for the better, not just put an AI bandaid on top of it.

Who You Are:
- A smart self-starter: You have a bias for action. You orient yourself around solutions and are comfortable with ambiguity and change. You can own problems and proactively devise solutions, not just wait for somebody to feed you tasks to execute. You understand when and how to build alignment and conviction for a decision that can’t be taken back easily.
- Versed in Insurance: You understand the overall landscape of specialty insurance.
- Driven by Customer Success: You thrive on closing complex deals while ensuring customers see the full value of our solution. Your sales approach focuses on understanding customer pain points and demonstrating how our platform solves their specific challenges.
- Strategic Deal Navigator: You excel at managing complex sales cycles, orchestrating multiple stakeholders, and driving deals to closure. Your ability to anticipate objections and navigate procurement processes ensures consistent pipeline conversion.
- Team Player: While you own your deals end-to-end, you know when to bring in solutions engineering, product, and leadership to maximize win rates. You contribute to team success by sharing best practices and market intelligence. You take feedback well and are candid with the feedback you give.
- Clean and Detail-Oriented: You maintain rigorous deal hygiene and ensure the CRM is consistently updated with accurate, real-time information to provide clear visibility into pipeline status and sales progress
Responsibilities
Manage the full sales-cycle and partner closely with Marketing
Manage comprehensive, long-term relationships with each customer, aiming to educate and adopt CompleteAI across various workflows
Deeply understand clients' businesses and strategic goals to effectively communicate the benefits of AI enabled underwriting
Proactively manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and maintain exceptional standards in client relationship management
Represent the company with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
Attend industry conferences, events, and executive dinners to stay informed on industry trends and network with clients
Requirements
3-7 years of enterprise software sales experience
Proven track record of closing 6-7 figure ARR deals with fast sales cycles
Deep understanding of insurance industry workflows
Experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise customers
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with technical discussions and product demonstrations
Nice to Have
Strong relationships with insurance industry executives
Experience selling AI/ML
Knowledge of underwriting and claims workflows
